Ryan Kohnke

Ryan Kohnke is the President, CEO, and visionary co-founder of ITS, where he serves as the principal architect of the company’s strategic direction. With a deep commitment to driving growth and innovation, Ryan oversees company-wide operations, guiding the management team to excel and achieve ambitious strategic goals.

Throughout ITS's evolution, Ryan has worn many hats, leading initiatives in Operations, Quality, Export Compliance, Sales, and Business Development. His leadership extends to key support functions—including Finance, IT, and Organizational Development—ensuring seamless alignment and operational excellence across the organization. Ryan’s comprehensive understanding of every business function positions him uniquely to foster cohesion and empower teams company-wide.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. Ryan spearheads the company's philanthropic initiative, ITSgives Back, which supports an array of impactful causes. Under his leadership, the charity contributes to renowned organizations such as Wounded Warriors, Child Crisis Arizona, the American Red Cross, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital, among others, making a meaningful difference in countless lives.. In his personal time, Ryan enjoys adventures with his family and is an avid dirt biker and off-road enthusiast.

Scott Tinker

Scott Tinker is the Vice President of Asset Trading & co-founder of ITS. He is responsible for the origination and acquisition of the company's aircraft and engine assets.

In Scott's previous role, he was responsible for the formation and development of the company's Engine and Technical records division.
Prior to ITS, Scott was the Director of Sales & Development for an aftermarket aerospace company focusing on the sales & distribution of aircraft products.

Armed with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, Scott has developed his technical knowledge of aircraft & engines, and leadership skills to effectively build a successful team at ITS.

Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Northern Arizona University. He currently sits on both the Arizona State University Aviation and the ILS Advisory Board. He lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife and two children. He loves collecting cars, traveling, and snowboarding with his family and friends.

Jon LaBate

Jon LaBate is the Vice President of Finance for ITS. He oversees the finance and accounting department and the financial function of the overall organization. Jon is a seasoned finance professional with experience in controllership, FP&A, and Business support.

Previous to joining the ITS Senior Leadership team, he was the Controller for Able Aerospace Services. In 2016, Able Aerospace was acquired by Textron Aviation. Jon was a key participant in the due diligence up to the date of sale and the lead financial person in the integration with Textron Aviation.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryan College, received his CPA certification in 1993, and is also six sigma trained and greenbelt certified. Jon enjoys his free time with his wife, and 2 children, and off-roading with his jeep in the desert.

Jeanine Selover

Jeanine Selover is the Vice President of Organizational Development at ITS. She oversees companywide leadership development, training and development, recruitment, and human resources. She also plays a notable role in cultivating positive company culture and wellness.

Jeanine has more than 20 years of experience supporting the development of high-performing employees and teams. Prior to ITS, she was a member of the management team at Able Engineering, a fast-growing aerospace company in Mesa, Arizona.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. Her passion for leadership and people development began early in her career, and she was inspired by leaders such as Jack Welsh. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, three daughters, and three dogs.

Zack Watts

Zack Watts is the Chief Information Officer at ITS. He oversees a team of technicians and developers that support daily operations and security, provides critical business intelligence, and prepares ITS for future growth.

Zack has more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership software development. Prior to joining ITS, he was the Chief Technology Officer of a rapidly growing FinTech Company.

A self-proclaimed "geek" who fell in love with software as a teenager, Zack earned a degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University. When he's not spending time with his family, he's designing and building robots and new software applications.

Mike Lefebvre

Before joining ITS, Mike held senior leadership roles at globally recognized aviation companies within the USM Sales and Distribution and PMA Manufacturing sectors, including AeroTurbine, HEICO, and Volvo Aero Services. His extensive career spans a wide range of expertise, including Asset Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, MRO Sales and Service, Repair Management, Operations, Product Development, Program Management, Sales, and Supply Chain Management.

 

A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, Mike enlisted straight out of high school in upstate New York. After receiving an honorable discharge, he relocated to Denver, CO, where he began his aviation career with a charter airline. Since then, aviation has been the foundation of his professional journey. Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man who cherishes quality time with his loved ones. He enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time outdoors, especially on the water. Additionally, Mike’s passion for golf serves as a reminder of the importance of humility.
